CLASSIC BOOK COVERS REDESIGN
New covers created for well-known books
In this project, I reimagined classic book covers by constructing one consisting only of vector elements, one consisting of raster elements, and one consisting of both. Having chosen three novels, I first researched each novel thoroughly to understand its context and themes. Studying these literary works was a crucial step that influenced the entire design process. In addition to communicating the themes of the novel, I tried to pique the interest of young audiences who might otherwise avoid classic literature. Then, I created multiple iterations of each cover, which resulted in three new designs.
